Day 8: Couch to 5K, 30mins 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). Random Nike Training Club App Workout whenever I have some free time. A few different butt workouts 3/4 days a week when I’m bored.
Day 9: I had a few people say I was heavy, and my grandparents have commented a few times - yet they always say “don’t loose too much weight” and I don’t even want to think about what they’ll say if I tell them I’m trying to get abs and muscle.
Day 10: The Freddos I bought at college each day.
Day 11: FreschCleanFit - Not sure why but I think we seem quite similar with our characteristics and it gives me the most motivation to think that.
